Clear, uncomplicated yet detailed Inventories allow us to better manage your property. Due to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme legislation, which has been passed in the Scottish Parliament, all letting agencies in Scotland, have to by law, rigorously justify any end-of-tenancy costs that would be deducted from a deposit. That makes it essential to have an inventory carried out at the start of a tenancy to measure any subsequent deterioration beyond fair wear-and-tear.

Our inventories are compiled with Inventory Software that states the condition and cleanliness of all aspects of the property, from light fittings to floor covering, from cutlery to coffee tables. A detailed description, make and model where available.
