Once you have had a good look and found the property, you like the look of, get in touch. One of our property managers can discuss what comes next and arrange a viewing.
Once you find a place you like, a viewing is highly recommended so you can get the best idea of the properties benefits, a better understanding of where the property is located and have any questions answered.
Where possible, we now provide virtual viewings or include video walkthrough tours for property listings. We understand that this may not be ideal but our intention is to display the property as it is, giving you all the necessary detail, while keeping staff and prospective tenants safe. You will receive the same level of help from us during an online viewing, and any queries will still be answered.
Once you’ve found a place, had a good look round and decided it’s the perfect fit for you, the next step is to become a tenant with us by completing our application.
To apply for a property, call us up and make an offer.
We’ll send you a questionnaire to complete, we want to ensure you’re the right fit for the property. This will get sent to the landlord for acceptance. We will then require you to complete an in-depth credit and reference check. We may also ask you to pay a part-deposit which forms part of the deposit for the property. This part-deposit is fully refundable should you not proceed with the property.
We have a “first past the post” system, so get your credit and references in as soon as possible to ensure you don’t miss out on your dream property.
If everything is successful with your application, then you can get to the exciting part, moving in. You will organise a date to collect your keys, and you’re set to pack your boxes, rent a van and start your new life in your new home.
Once moved in, our involvement doesn’t end there. If you have any issues we are always on hand to help. We can be contacted by phone, or our online portal is available at any time of the day to report emergencies and maintenance issues.
